- Improvement Plan for Children and Young People's Service
In May 2009 an Improvement Plan for Doncaster Children and Young People’s Service (CYPS) was agreed and has been implemented.
A new Improvement Plan has now been produced and was approved by the Children’s (Improvement) Board on 23 April 2010. The new Plan focuses on making improvements in the key areas of Safeguarding, Children in Care and Education that were the main causes of Government Intervention, as well as actions to develop CYPS as an a more effective and efficient Organisation.
A Performance Management Framework including Service/Team Plans and Performance and Development Plans and Reviews to ensure effective and timely delivery of the actions in the Improvement Plan.
