Viewing a Portable Document File (PDF)

This file format is used to store document with complex formatting that the authors would like to preserve (typically text in several columns and mixed with a number of graphics).

The documents are stored in a file format called Portable Document File (PDF).  The files can be viewed in Acrobat Reader. You will need to download a copy of the Acrobat Reader software in order to view the document. This is free.

Once you have installed Acrobat Reader, you will be able to open the PDF link on the web page. You can then either read the document on the screen or save it to your local drive. You can then re-open the file directly into Acrobat Reader.
